JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Scrum Master.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive Rapid Prototyping of Health care applications/products towards digital transformation
• Responsible for facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with business towers and Lab to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
• Promote Agile values and principles across the organization.
• Generate Insights, track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) in all deliverables.
• Effective communication with a wide variety of stakeholders to build alignment in a complex and ambiguous landscape.
• Ability to build the gap between technical and business teams.
• Experience working with business leaders to define priorities and create the roadmap.
• Leadership ability to drive the team forward with clear project scope.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast faced environment.
• Demonstrate good analytical skills to understand and deep dive on issues / problems to provide innovative solutions
• Active participation in technical and functional discussion
• Help and drive team in idea curation journey
• Create and drive programs that help in Innovation culture with clear planning and execution with support of team
• Metric driven delivery of all initiatives

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor or master’s in computer science or equivalent degree
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

EXPERIENCE

• Total 8+ years of experience in Software Development
• 5+ years of Working experience in Full stack development or in automation Technologies
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment.
• 3+ Experience working in or with healthcare organizations.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Exposure AI/ML and Data Engineering.
• Good exposure to SDLC, Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to US healthcare domain.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Stakeholders and the Scrum team.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
