Experience: 10 to 12+ Years
Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 1012 product engineers.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Product Delivery life cycle Management, Release Train Engineering (RTE) and Implementation
- Own end-to-end delivery of product lifecycle, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, vendors and QA to define scope and priorities.
- participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and product release cycles.
Technical Oversight
- Guide product decisions and maintain scalable product versions.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices.
- Align product engineering goals with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Contribute to hiring strategy and participate in technical interviews.
Education:
B. Tech or equivalent IT Degree.
