Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Agilist with 16 to 19 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Scope Management Project Tracking and CX-Scrum Master. This role requires a hybrid work model and operates during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving agile practices and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities
Lead the agile transformation initiatives within the organization to enhance project delivery and efficiency.Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.Provide guidance and support to scrum teams facilitating effective collaboration and communication.Manage project scope ensuring that all deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.Track project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and expectations are managed.Mentor and coach team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques promoting their benefits across the organization.Monitor and report on key performance indicators providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Support the development and implementation of agile training programs for team members.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Project Scope Management ensuring clear and achievable project goals.Demonstrate proficiency in Project Tracking effectively monitoring progress and addressing issues.Have extensive experience as a CX-Scrum Master facilitating agile practices and team collaboration.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.Show a proven track record of successful agile transformations and project deliveries.Be adept at using agile tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.Display strong leadership and mentoring abilities supporting team development and growth.Have a deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices ensuring their effective implementation.Be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement always seeking ways to enhance processes and outcomes.Possess strong problem-solving skills able to identify and address issues proactively.Show a high level of adaptability thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Be dedicated to delivering high-quality results that align with the companys goals and customer expectations.
