Job Description

We're looking for an Agile Portfolio Office Manager to help deliver valuable outcomes for our clients. You will be part of our Agile Portfolio Office and play an important part in enabling efficient and aligned ways of working across teams.

You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Head of PMO, Agile.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, support, and guide a team of Agile Portfolio staff across multiple teams and domains.
  • Collaborate with Agile Delivery teams to align practices and improve delivery.
  • Provide automated reporting and insights to support decision-making.
  • Recommend and support tooling strategies that align with business goals.
  • Promote continuous improvement in data quality, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
  • Use metrics (e.g., DORA, Agile M, team health) to identify opportunities and remove obstacles.
  • Encourage a culture of learning, collaboration, and agile thinking across the organization.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Agile Portfolio Office and broader transformation efforts.
  • Ensure transparency of value delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience
  • Recruiting, managing, and supporting individuals and teams
  • Applying agile methodologies and best practices across portfolio and project management.
  • Using agile tools to generate meaningful metrics and reporting that support continuous improvement.
  • Navigating multiple priorities and guiding others through change and uncertainty.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and building strong, trusting relationships across teams.
  • Leading with empathy, openness, and a commitment to shared success.
  • Driving data-informed improvements that help teams deliver value efficiently and sustainably.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive environment where teams can learn, grow, and succeed.
  • Constructively challenging existing practices to explore better ways of working.
