Purpose of the Role

To lead end-to-end business analysis and Agile delivery for Private Banking regulatory applications by translating regulatory obligations (e.g., EMIR, FATCA, MiFID II) and business needs into clear, testable requirements and high-quality solutions. The role ensures regulatory compliance, data integrity, and timely delivery through strong stakeholder collaboration, BDD-driven user stories, and hands-on tooling (SQL, JIRA, GitHub, Postman). Acting as both Business Analyst and Agile Master.

Responsibilities in the Role

• BA profile who can handle Agile Master role as well (Agile certification is not mandatory)
• BA on regulatory applications, awareness of regulatory reporting needs, SLA etc.
• Good exp. on automated testing
• Awareness of Java framework will be additional plus point
• Banking experience is required, focusing on Private banking
• Knowledge of Private Banking regulation standards such as EMIR, FATCA, MIFID2 etc. is strongly preferred. Knowledge of financial asset classes is a plus
• Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods
• Experience with user stories creation - BDD
• Demonstrate advance level of functional and domain expertise with complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands on in SQL, JIRA and GitHub, Postman and other tools
• Ability to work autonomously on the Business analysis scope of work including requirements gathering, scope validation, drafting of functional specification, ensure business signoff on requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/ Qualifications

1. Banking experience is required, focusing on Private banking

2. Knowledge of Private Banking regulation standards such as EMIR, FATCA, MIFID2 etc. is strongly preferred. Knowledge of financial asset classes is a plus

3. Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods
