Role Name: Agile Delivery Associate – Cloud Risk & amp Regulatory
Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 10 Years
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad
Tech Profile/Essential Skills
. 5+ years overall technology delivery experience.
. Familiarity with software engineering practices, technology risk management and Public Cloud projects.
. Global experience in working with teams across multiple locations.
. Expertise in Agile delivery and transformation: Agile delivery, project management methodologies & tools.
. Proficiency in Scrum and large-scale Scrum or similar frameworks.
. Strong collaboration, coaching and interpersonal communication skills, capable of effectively working with all organisational levels.
. Ability to manage and influence a wide network of stakeholders, including senior management.
. Excellent documentation skills, including writing effective epics/stories.
Education and Professional Skills
. Professional qualifications or equivalent in Agile methodologies.
. Agile certifications
. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detailed Responsibilities
. Agile delivery management of all strategic objectives and BAU tasks carried out by the CRR team.
. Helping teams deliver outcomes by maturing agile delivery practices.
. Balancing urgency and vision with a supportive and collaborative approach.
. Managing and tracking competing demands from various stakeholders
. Building on and improving existing delivery backlogs, including writing outcome-based epics and stories.
. Performing the Scrum Master role for technical delivery teams.
. Facilitating agile ceremonies and developing a technical understanding of the areas.
. Managing backlog and forecast with an agile approach to prioritisation and value delivery.
. Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement within the team.
. Providing feedback, guidance, and coaching to team members.
. Conducting team health checks and guiding teams toward meeting their objectives/goals.
. Tracking and evaluating delivery metrics to produce reports and meaningful insights.
. Building relationships and collaborating across the wider Cloud & Productivity Engineering team and Group Technology community.
