Agile Coach

Job Title: Agile Coach Transformation Program (4+ yrs Experience)

Location: Bangalore, India.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to drive real transformation in multiple product and engineering teams. You will embed agile practices, facilitate workshops, coach leadership, and help teams achieve measurable outcomes over focused 12-week cycles.

What Youll Do:

Apply agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) into daily team practices

Coach teams and leaders to define current vs target states and track progress

Facilitate workshops, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions

Track and demonstrate measurable improvements in team performance and behaviors

Must-Have:

4+ years of agile coaching experience.

Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to Product & Engineering teams.

Good-to-Have:

Agile certifications (ICP-ACC, SAFe, CSM)

Experience in large-scale transformations
