We have an opening for Agile Coach and I'm delighted to provide you with the job description:
Job Location: Chennai - Ambattur
Experience: 13-20 years
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (Min. 8 years) in Microsoft technology development with proficiency in .NET, C# and SQL Server. Experience in Azure is plus
- Extensive experience in working with Agile frameworks and support the teams in agile practices like user story decomposition, Estimation & effective planning etc.
- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring development teams in Agile methodologies
- and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge in DevOps with multiple environments, CI/CD Pipeline, Release and source code
management. Experience in Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Certified scrum master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
