Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleWe are seeking a visionary and technically adept Agentic Architect to lead the design and deployment of AgenticAI-powered architectures across our Customer Experience Center (CEC) and Operations Management (OM) blueprints. This role is central to enabling autonomous, intelligent systems that drive operational agility, customer satisfaction, and enterprise scalability.Architect and operationalize AgenticAI frameworks aligned with CEC and OM transformation goals.Define modular, scalable, and secure architectures for deploying autonomous agents across CX and operations workflows.Collaborate with blueprint owners, product teams, and engineering to ensure seamless integration of agentic systems.AgenticAI Design & DeploymentLead the design of multi-agent systems, including task orchestration, role assignment, and agent collaboration models.Implement agentic patterns using platforms like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers.Ensure agent safety, explainability, and compliance with enterprise AI governance standards.Marketing Operations:Own the end-to-end marketing operations strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.Optimize MarTech stack usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to drive automation, lead management, and ROI measurement.Partner with marketing, sales, and CX teams to ensure alignment of messaging, targeting, and customer journey orchestration.Implement data governance, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness.Your ProfileProficiency in data visualization, predictive analytics, and MarTech platforms.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.Innovation & EnablementDrive innovation in agentic workflows, including self-healing operations, proactive CX interventions, and intelligent escalation.Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and accelerate time-to-value.Mentor solution architects and engineering teams on agentic design principles and best practices.Required

Qualifications
:15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI systems design, or intelligent automation.Deep expertise in AgenticAI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent frameworks.Proven experience in architecting solutions for CX transformation and operations optimization.Strong understanding of blueprint methodologies, especially BP_ICO_CEC and BP_ICO_OM.Proficiency in modern AI/ML stacks, cloud-native architectures, and API ecosystems.What you 'love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
