Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI / GenAI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions. The role involves designing LLM-based workflows, developing multi-agent systems, and optimizing AI outputs to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills and hands-on experience with end-to-end GenAI architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop production-ready GenAI applications using LLMs.
• Build and manage LLM workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Perform advanced prompt engineering and optimize AI outputs.
• Develop data pipelines and integrate AI models into applications.
• Implement model evaluation, governance, and validation frameworks.
• Translate business requirements and documentation into AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in multi-agent systems and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of GenAI architecture, model evaluation, and validation.
• Ability to convert business logic into AI-powered workflows.

Good to Have:

Exposure to commercial operations use cases such as call planning, alignment, or incentive compensation.
