- LLM Providers: OpenAI (GPT), Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude
- Conversational AI: Chatbot Design, Dialogue Management, Context Handling, Intent Resolution
- GenAI Architecture: RAG, Agentic AI, Tool-Calling Agents, Memory Management, Retrieval Optimization
- RAG Systems: Document Loaders, Chunking Strategies, Embeddings, Hybrid Search, Re-ranking
- Vector Databases: Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Azure Cosmos DB (Vector Search)
- Backend Frameworks: FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js
- Agentic AI: Tool Calling, Multi-Agent Workflows, Stateful Memory, Function Execution
- Chatbot Platforms: Azure Bot Services, IBM Watson Assistant
- Messaging & Caching: Apache Kafka, Redis
- Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
