Agentic AI Engineer

• 46 years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering , including at least 2 years building GenAI or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong command of Python 3.11+ including asyncio, typing, packaging, pytest, and profiling.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain for orchestration, reasoning, and memory.
• Proven experience designing RAG pipelines using vector stores such as OpenSearch , pgvector , or Pinecone .
• Proficiency with key AWS components EKS, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, SNS/SQS, API Gateway, and Secrets Manager.
• Experience in service instrumentation and monitoring using Datadog , CloudWatch , and OpenTelemetry .
• Strong grounding in security , rate limiting , circuit breakers , and resilient service design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to produce clear documentation, flow diagrams, and code reviews.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with multi-agent collaboration patterns coordinator/worker, task decomposition, human-in-the-loop.
• Experience in AI evaluation frameworks regression suites, hallucination detection, grounding and recall scoring.
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock , LLM evaluation pipelines (phoenix/arize, promptfoo), or guardrail frameworks.
• Understanding of chat-based or streaming agent UIs integrated with reasoning traces.
• Exposure to DevOps workflows Docker, CI/CD usage, environment promotion, and release versioning.
