Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, workflow automation, and real-world AI deployment.

This role requires someone who can move beyond prompt engineering and build production-ready AI systems that interact with tools, APIs, databases, and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
• Build multi-agent systems capable of collaboration and task delegation.
• Implement reasoning, planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities in AI agents.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.).
• Optimize prompts, guardrails, and context management.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Connect AI agents to APIs, CRMs, databases, internal tools, and third-party systems.
• Design scalable backend architecture for AI systems.
• Deploy AI services using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking.
• Ensure AI safety, guardrails, validation mechanisms, and data privacy compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Understanding of AI safety, hallucination mitigation, and evaluation metrics.

Good to Have

• Experience with open-source LLMs and fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Startup experience in building 01 AI products.
• Experience deploying AI-powered automation tools or chatbots.
