About Position:

We are seeking Agentic AI Developers with LLM & Graph Databases experience.

What You'll Do:

• Design & Build Agentic Systems: Architect multi-agent workflows (planning, tool-use, memory, reflection, corrective loops) for end-to-end tasks.
• Implement robust MCP servers to expose tools/data/services to agents with clear contracts, auth, and observability.
• Backend & Integration (Python): Develop modular Python services/SDKs for agent orchestration, tool adapters, prompt pipelines, and state management. Implement retrieval, function calling, and structured outputs; enforce schemas and guardrails.
• Cloud & MLOps (AWS): Deploy agent services on AWS (e.g., ECS/EKS/Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Containerize with Docker; automate CI/CD (CodePipeline/GitHub Actions) and infrastructure (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Data, Context, & Memory: Build context management with embeddings, vector stores, and memory strategies (short/long-term, episodic).
• Integrate enterprise data sources securely (APIs, DBs, knowledge bases) with access controls and auditability.
• Reliability & Safety: Implement evaluation harnesses, self-checking agents, and fallbacks; monitor agent behavior and quality.
• Add safety filters, rate-limiting, cost controls, and usage policies; manage secrets and compliance.
• Performance & Observability: Instrument tracing/metrics/logging for agent steps, tool calls, model usage, and latency/cost.
• Optimize prompts, caching, and batching; run A/B tests and regression suites.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, security, and platform teams to define requirements, SLAs, and release plans.
• Document designs, runbooks, and standards; mentor engineers on agentic patterns and MCP best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Python, LLM.
• Python (Advanced): Async programming, type hints, packaging, testing (pytest), REST/gRPC APIs, data wrangling.
• AWS (Production Experience): ECS/EKS/Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, networking (VPC), and cost governance.
• MCP Servers (Hands-on): Building and operating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, defining tools/resources, authentication, schema validation, and observability.
• Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain Agents, CrewAI, custom orchestrators).
• Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS), embeddings, RAG pipelines.
• LLM evaluation, guardrails (structured outputs, JSON schemas), prompt engineering.
• Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, GitOps.
• Event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), streaming, caching (Redis).
• Security/compliance: OAuth2/JWT, secret management, data governance.
• Frontend integration (basic): building agent endpoints consumed by web apps or workflow tools.
• Experience with cost tracking and observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana)
