AGENTIC AI ARCHITECT

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering advanced Agentic AI architectures that power intelligent, self-directed workflows across enterprise environments. You will work extensively within the Microsoft AI ecosystem , enabling organizations to operationalize autonomous agents using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and the Power Platform.

You will act as a technical authority, defining architectural blueprints, governance models, and integration strategies that ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and compliant. A strong emphasis will be placed on Responsible AI adoption , ensuring ethical use, transparency, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead implementation of enterprise-scale Agentic AI architectures
• Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
• Develop intelligent workflow orchestration frameworks for complex business processes
• Establish security, compliance, and Responsible AI standards across AI implementations
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate objectives into AI-driven solutions
• Define architectural guidelines for performance tuning, scalability, and cost optimization
• Provide guidance on AI solution monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Power Platform
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar
• Strong understanding of cloud-native design principles and hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Experience implementing Responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and regulatory compliance
• Ability to design and integrate autonomous agents into enterprise applications
• Strong communication and advisory skills with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI orchestration platforms, governance frameworks, MCP, and Guardrails
• Working knowledge of Python for automation and custom integrations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, and modern data platforms
• Experience with RAG architectures and prompt engineering techniques
• Background in MLOps, AI observability, and lifecycle management
