Job Description:

• Seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Agentforce AI Technical Lead to architect develop and optimize autonomous AI agents using Agentforce technology
• Lead the design and development of autonomous AI agents built on the Salesforce Agentforce platform Provide handson technical expertise in activating and optimizing AI agents for enhanced performance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing Salesforce ecosystems Utilize deep knowledge of AI architectures and Salesforce technologies to drive innovation and efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to Agentforce AI implementations Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Salesforce to continuously improve agent capabilities
• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Agentforce AI projects ensuring successful delivery and deployment Architect scalable and maintainable AI solutions tailored to business needs Develop and maintain codebases with a handson approach including coding testing and debugging Mentor and guide junior developers and team members on Agentforce AI best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Monitor agent performance and implement optimizations to maximize autonomous functionality Document technical designs processes and best practices for knowledge sharing
