THE ROLE

We're seeking passionate, driven Field Sales Agents in Pune who can bridge the gap between technology and nature. You'll be the face of Preplanter - educating customers about cloud farming, selling Precoins, and closing home garden installations through B2B, B2C, and direct street sales.

This is NOT a desk job. This is for go-getters who thrive in the field.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Remote Sales (Cold Calling & Digital)

- Make outbound calls to qualified leads

- Follow up via WhatsApp, email, phone

- Convert online inquiries into sales

- Manage your own CRM pipeline

Street Sales (Field Work)

- Door-to-door sales in residential colonies

- Distribute marketing materials in target areas

- Attend farmer markets, organic food fairs, gardening events

- Build relationships with local communities

B2B Sales (Corporate & Institutional)

- Pitch to housing societies and RWAs (bulk Precoin purchases)

- Approach corporate HR teams (employee wellness programs, CSR)

- Target restaurants (kitchen herb gardens)

- Schools and educational institutions (environmental programs)

B2C Sales (Direct Customer Engagement)

- Conduct home garden consultations at customer premises

- Educate homeowners about our 31+ plant species

- Customize garden packages based on space and budget

- Close high-ticket home garden deals (17,500 - 1,75,000)

Customer Education

- Explain cloud farming concept and benefits

- Guide customers on plant selection (quick crops vs. legacy trees)

- Demonstrate ROI and harvest timelines

- Answer questions about sustainability and environmental impact
