| Job Description | The Agency Manager at Credila will oversee the coordination and management of external agencies within the digital marketing division. This role involves ensuring effective external/internal collaboration and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence. | ||
| Key roles and responsibilities
| ü Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication channels. ü Coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and internal departments, ensuring alignment with Credila’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives. ü Provide guidance and direction to agencies in the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to Credila’s target audience and business goals. ü Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency-managed campaigns, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI. ü Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agency activities with broader organizational objectives and ensure cohesive marketing efforts. ü Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables within allocated resources. ü Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, providing recommendations for innovative strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness. | ||
Skills | ü Proven experience in managing relationships with external agencies and coordinating digital marketing campaigns within a corporate environment. ü Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and campaign strategies. ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. ü Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and analytics platforms. ü Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ü Strong project management capabilities, with experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within established timelines and budgets. | ||
