We're hiring a Agency Growth Manager in Coimbatore.

We're building a fast-moving digital & performance marketing agency, and we are looking for a smart, relentless Agency Growth Manager to join our foundational team.

We need someone who loves the hunt, knows how to start meaningful conversations with business owners, and can confidently convert them into long-term clients.

Location: Coimbatore (Candidates must be based here or willing to relocate)

What youll be doing:

• Hunting for potential clients via email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn, and lead-gen tools.
• Speaking with founders and brands to deeply understand their marketing needs.
• Confidently pitching our performance marketing services.
• Closing deals and growing directly alongside the agency.

Who we are looking for:

• Min. 2 years of experience in Sales / B2B Business Development / Lead Gen.
• Mandatory: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and persistent follow-ups.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager for an agency environment.

Compensation:

• CTC: 3.6 LPA
• PLUS aggressive incentives for every successful client conversion.
