Nitro Commerce is a Series A adtech startup founded in 2023 by an experienced team from Wigzo, a pioneering martech company that was successfully acquired by Shiprocket, marking a significant cash exit. The company is led by Umair Mohammed, a well-known figure in the martech space and founder of Wigzo, who brings deep expertise in ecommerce and marketing technology innovation. Nitro Commerce specializes in delivering in-market identified audiences targeted contextually with the most relevant creative, driving conversions directly on the brands own website within the same or multiple sessions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Agency Sales Manager who will own Nitro Commerces agency business. This role is about building, growing, and monetizing relationships with advertising, media, and digital agencies.
As part of the GTM (Go-To-Market) team, youll be the face of Nitro Commerce for agencies, showing them how our platform can help their clients achieve better ROI.
This is a quota-carrying role with a mix of business development, relationship management, and consultative solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Partnership & Growth
- Build and manage relationships with top-tier holding companies (e.g., GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, IPG, Havas) and independent agencies.
- Drive joint business plans with agencies to unlock multi-brand opportunities.
- Host trainings, workshops, and partner events to evangelize Nitros offerings.
2. Sales Execution
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
3. Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with the Marketing team to create case studies, joint campaigns, and success stories.
- Work with Product to align features and roadmap with agency needs.
- Support Customer Success in onboarding agency-driven clients.
4. Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and hygiene.
- Deliver weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Track agency performance metrics and share dashboards with leadership.
What Youll Bring
- 3-6 years of Agency sales or Agency Management experience with a focus on agencies.
- Proven track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals via agency relationships.
- Established network of agency leaders (CXOs, VPs, Business Directors).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder, consultative selling with long sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ad tech trends: cookieless identity, programmatic ads,etc.
