Agency Account Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Account Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and serving as the primary point of contact for client communications. Responsibilities include developing and implementing account strategies, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of creative solutions. The Agency Account Manager will also participate in client presentations, provide regular updates, and identify opportunities for client growth and satisfaction.

• Strong account management, client servicing, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in branding, content marketing, and communication strategies
• Project management skills, including the ability to set deadlines, manage budgets, and oversee deliverables
• Proficiency in understanding and working with technology-focused industries, such as IT, Blockchain, AI, and AR/VR
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to client needs
• Familiarity with market trends and digital marketing tools is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a creative agency or related environment is advantageous
