PURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOBJOB CONTEXT:
Operating environment:
The job is planned annually via annual Business Plans of NSCs, monitored and reported on a regular monthly basis. Action plans are revised when needed.
As part of Revenue Expansion, Parts and Accessory (P&A) business is a strong contributor to the overall Nissan Turnover and Profit. The aim of the P&A department is to insure continuous growth among all AMIEO Countries for existing cars while insuring that future generation of models will also benefit from exciting and innovative Accessories, 2nd line parts & commodities in line with Nissan Brands.
Communication & working relationship:
This position requires effective working relationship with:
The position being majorly remote requires a good level of autonomy and a minimum level of supervision
All NSCs for AS Products Sales Enhancement, Data collection, market analysis and customer demand
MPS & external suppliers
Work in Cross functional Team with other departments on new projects and associated business related topics
Marketing and Corp. Comm. departments for products marketing & events
Internal departments at markets to exchange information, mainly Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, TCS / Quality, Logistics and Account/Finance
Framework, boundaries & decision making:
Communication with the NSC’s, RHQ & GHQ is done by the job holder but when there are critical
decisions to be taken or if budget involved then Line Manager’s and Director’s approvals are needed.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED
Background & Experience (years)
Specific technical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Min. 5 years in the automotive market in Aftersales Business development, Product management and Business Planning
Experience in Aftermarket supplier is a plus
Extensive knowledge of spare parts, Accessories and related commodities (OTB)
AMIEO Regional experience will be plus
Excellent computer skills – proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint
Excellent presentation/ communication skills
Analytical Thinking, experience in data analysis
Able to travel
Behavioral Competencies Required
Ideally experienced in dealing with international key counter partners
Negotiations with local supplier base to agree Business operating schemes in AMIEO markets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Experience of working in a KPI driven environment
