After-effects and Motion Graphics Artist

This is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for an Experienced After Effects Compositor / Motion Graphics Artist .

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for high-quality motion graphics compositing , integrating multiple visual elements into seamless, polished outputs for immersive media, films, exhibitions, and live experiences. You will work closely with creative directors, designers, and technical teams to translate concepts and storyboards into cinematic, technically precise motion compositions , ensuring the highest visual standards across all deliverables.

• Deliver high-quality motion graphics compositions using Adobe After Effects as the primary tool
• Perform advanced compositing including layering, color correction, transitions, effects integration, and visual continuity
• Translate storyboards and creative concepts into engaging visual narratives through compositing
• Ensure visual consistency, timing precision, and technical accuracy across all outputs
• Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to meet project objectives and deadlines
• Optimize compositions for various formats including films, projection systems, exhibitions, and immersive environments
• Maintain high attention to detail while managing tight timelines and multiple deliverables

• Primary expertise in After Effects compositing (this is a core requirement, not a secondary skill)
• Proven experience delivering high-quality motion graphics compositions with a strong professional portfolio
• Strong understanding of visual layering, timing, color, effects, and compositional balance
• Experience working with storyboards to translate concepts into finished motion compositions
• Ability to handle complex compositions with multiple assets and visual elements
• Excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working within multidisciplinary creative teams

• 510 years of relevant professional experience in After Effects compositing and motion graphics
• Experience in 3D environments using Unreal Engine is a strong plus
• Background in immersive media, large-format visuals, exhibitions, projection mapping, films, or live events is highly preferred

• Bachelors degree in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory with strong experience)
