Job Title: After-Sales Service

Experience: 1+ year of experience, preferably in the solar industry.

Shift Timing: Early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate solar installation schedules between installers and customers, ensuring projects are completed on time.
Provide on-site support to installers during installations, promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance post-installation to ensure optimal energy generation.
Arrange and coordinate follow-up visits when required to address operational or maintenance issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1+ year of experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness and availability to work early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM.
