About the Role
The Affluent Relationship Manager Household is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent banking customers. The role focuses on deepening wallet share, strengthening family-level banking relationships (Household Banking), and delivering superior service across investments, liabilities, and transaction banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of affluent customers and their households with the objective of increasing overall product penetration and relationship value.
- Acquire new affluent households through internal leads, referrals, and market networking.
- Drive crosssell of bank products including investments, insurance, loans, deposits, cards, and digital solutions.
- Household Banking & Relationship Deepening
- Build strong, long-term relationships with primary customers and their family members to maximize householdlevel engagement.
- Conduct regular financial review meetings to assess needs and provide appropriate banking and wealth solutions.
- Enhance customer stickiness through personalized service and proactive communication.
- Customer Experience & Service Delivery
- Serve as a single point of contact for all banking requirements of affluent households.
- Ensure high service quality and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Promote usage of digital channels and ensure adherence to service and compliance standards.
- Revenue & Business Targets
- Achieve monthly and annual targets across liabilities, investment products, thirdparty products, and new household acquisitions.
- Identify revenue opportunities by understanding customer needs, market trends, and available bank offerings.
- Maintain healthy balance growth and product mix as per business guidelines.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory guidelines, and internal audit standards.
- Maintain documentation accuracy and safeguard customer confidentiality.
- Monitor portfolio for attrition, risk indicators, and early warning signals.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 58 years of experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, or relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage affluent customers and household portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning concepts, and banking operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage senior/affluent clients with credibility and confidence.
- Understanding of financial products across liabilities, assets, and investments.
- Targetoriented approach with strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in digital banking and MS Office tools.
