JD for MF Recon and Updation

Job Role:

1. Daily and Monthly MF Unit recon
2. MF Switch transaction and MF Application recon
3. Exception checking for Investment Account No, Customer Table and MF transactions
4. Monthly/Daily Recon & Resolution for Wealth
5. Third party/Adhoc MF manual updation
6. Third Party FD Creation, Debt update & Transaction Upload
7. Transaction exception checking and DP reconciliation for demat MF
8. Solve the Internal, Interim and statutory queries.
9. Updation of third party MFs and transactions from third party investments.
10. Solve the queries raised by RM/SRMs

Job Requirements:

1. Should be graduate with at least 4-7 years of experience in an operations role in Banking, Wealth Management, Depository or Capital Markets.
2. Should have thorough knowledge and understanding of investments and securities.
3. Should be abreast of the SEBI and RBI regulations applicable to the business.
4. Should have excellent communication.
5. Should be proficient in using Excel and other systems used in the bank.
6. Usage of Miles software will be preferable.
