Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Partnership Manager to build and scaleour
affiliate ecosystem. This role will own the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships; from
recruitment and onboarding to performance optimization and long-term relationship
management with a strong focus on revenue growth, conversion efficiency, and partner
satisfaction.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts, hands-on affiliate
operations experience, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to work
cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Strategy & Growth
Design and execute affiliate partnership strategies to drive user acquisition,
revenue growth, and market expansion
Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, influencers, publishers, page owners, and
strategic partners
Build scalable affiliate programs with clear incentives, commission structures, and
performance benchmarks
Partner Management & Relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring strong
communication, trust, and long-term collaboration
Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and performance expectations with partners
Maintain high partner engagement through regular performance reviews,
optimizations, and feedback loops
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns across digital channels to maximize
conversion rates and ROI
Collaborate with performance marketing and brand teams to align affiliate campaigns
with broader marketing initiatives
Test new affiliate formats, creatives, and acquisition funnels to improve efficiency
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track affiliate performance using CRM tools, dashboards, Google Sheets, and
affiliate platforms
Analyze key metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, revenue contribution, and
partner ROI
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure affiliate
efforts align with company objectives
Support campaign approvals, creative alignment, and timely execution
Provide market and competitor insights to inform growth strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
24 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships
Proven experience managing B2B and B2C affiliate programs
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion
optimization
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, affiliate platforms, Google Sheets, and
performance dashboards
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience working with influencers, content creators, and publisher networks
Exposure to Gaming or Web3 ecosystems
Familiarity with international markets (EMEA or APAC is a plus)
Experience collaborating with inside sales or revenue teams
