Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate / Partnership Manager who has already worked in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships and can start executing immediately.

This is NOT a fresher role. Please apply only if you have real hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

Manage & scale affiliate / influencer partnerships

Close CPA / CPL / RevShare deals with brands or networks

Onboard & manage active affiliates/influencers

Negotiate payouts, volumes & campaign terms

Track performance, lead quality & compliance

Scale campaigns that are already converting

Mandatory Requirements

12+ years of proven experience in:

Affiliate Marketing / Partnerships / Performance Marketing

Must have worked with:

Brands, advertisers, or affiliate networks

Influencers or traffic partners

Clear understanding of:

CPA / CPL / RevShare models

Freshers / Interns / Learners please do NOT apply

Preferred (Bonus)

Experience in Fintech / Trading / Forex / Crypto

Existing brand or affiliate contacts

Ability to close deals independently

1. Remote / Hybrid

Compensation

1. Fixed+ incentives : 25,000 50,000 / month
2. High performance-based commissions
