Affiliate Manager – Mobile Performance (Immediate joiner)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager Mobile Performance, based in Bengaluru. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing affiliate relationships, driving sales through publisher partner channels, strategizing and optimizing campaigns, and maintaining strong communication with affiliate partners. The role will involve identifying growth opportunities, negotiating deals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring all campaigns align with the companys performance benchmarks and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale mobile performance campaigns across multiple GEOs

Acquire, onboard & nurture affiliate & publisher partners with a focus on Chinese & Indian ecosystems

Negotiate commercial terms (CPA/CPI/CPR/CPL, etc.) and secure premium inventory

Monitor campaign performance across attribution, fraud & KPI metrics

Work closely with AMs, Delivery & Tech teams for campaign optimization

Deeply understand MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch) for tracking, attribution & fraud insights

Ensure hygiene on traffic quality, retention, LTV, ROAS, payouts, invoicing & compliance

Preferred Experience

4+ years in Affiliate Marketing / Mobile UA / Performance Media

Proven performance working with Chinese publishers, SSPs, networks & media-buying partners

Strong network in the Indian publisher & affiliate community

Experience in Gaming, FinTech, Trading, Shopping, Utilities, or Social categories is a plus

Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, Anti-Fraud tools, and post-install KPIs
