Affiliate Manager

Role Overview

This role is focused on hands-on execution and delivery of mobile campaigns, with strong ownership, coordination, and problem-solving. The candidate will be expected to independently manage campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution and delivery of mobile campaigns across Android and iOS
• Act as the single point of contact for mobile delivery across internal teams and clients
• Manage campaign setup, go-live, optimizations, and closures
• Coordinate closely with media, tech, creative, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Handle daily delivery tasks, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Ensure correct implementation of tracking links, SDKs, postbacks, and attribution
• Monitor live campaigns and proactively flag delivery gaps, tracking issues, or delays
• Share daily/weekly status updates with internal stakeholders
• Manage client escalations related to delivery, reporting, or performance issues
• Ensure campaigns are executed as per approved plans, timelines, and SLAs
• Support new campaign onboarding and internal handovers
• Maintain delivery documentation and ensure process adherence

Required Skills & Experience

• 36 years of experience in mobile delivery / mobile operations / digital campaign execution
• Strong hands-on understanding of mobile app campaigns and performance marketing
• Working knowledge of AppsFlyer / Adjust / Trackier / GA or similar tools
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure and tight timelines
• Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused mindset

Good to Have

• Prior experience handling multiple live mobile campaigns simultaneously
• Exposure to client-facing roles and delivery escalations
• Experience working with large volumes of campaigns rather than just strategy
