Job Title: Senior Affiliate Manager (Mobile Vertical)

Location: Lajpat Nagar Delhi | Noida UP

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a well-connected Affiliate Manager to aggressively scale our publisher base. You must come with deep experience in the Mobile Vertical and a ready-to-activate network of trusted traffic sources.

Core Responsibilities:

* Publisher Acquisition: Onboard new, high-quality publishers specifically for Mobile (CPI/CPA/CPR) campaigns.

* Relationship Management: Leverage your existing relationships with Chinese, Indian, and Global publishers to drive immediate traffic.

* Campaign Optimization: Monitor traffic quality, negotiate payouts, and ensure publishers hit volume and KPI targets.

* Market Expansion: Identify new traffic trends and emerging sources in the mobile app ecosystem.

Must-Haves:

* Network Experience: Previous experience working inside an Affiliate Network is mandatory.

* Existing Rolodex: You must have active relationships with direct publishers and media buying teams (especially in China & India).

* Mobile Expert: Deep understanding of the mobile user acquisition landscape (APIs, S2S tracking, attribution platforms like AppsFlyer/Adjust).

* Negotiation Skills: Ability to secure the best placements and margins from publishers.
