This is a full-time, on-site Affiliate Manager role located at our office in Gurugram. The Affiliate Manager will oversee and manage affiliate partnerships to maximize CPI, CPL, and CPA performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new affiliates, maintaining relationships with partners, negotiating deals, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize affiliate strategies and achieve performance objectives.

• Strong experience in Affiliate Management and Account Management, including recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining affiliate relationships
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships and manage client expectations
• Proven expertise in Sales and Online Marketing with a focus on performance marketing (CPI/CPL/CPA delivery)
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage and optimize multiple affiliate campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and tools
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in digital marketing or a similar role is preferred
