Affiliate Channel Manager

We are hiring for an Affiliate Channel Manager at Tharani.

Join our team to strengthen and expand our affiliate and channel partner ecosystem. In this role, you will drive partner acquisition, engagement, and performance, utilizing data analytics, digital marketing strategies, and performance tracking tools.

The Requirements we are looking for :

1.5+ years in affiliate marketing; at least 1 year in a partner-facing / BD capacity.

Direct experience at or with a major affiliate network preferred.

Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs or agency partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building; self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, dashboards).

Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently.
