Job Description
Must Have:
- Practical experience with web technologies like JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and tag management tools.
- Strong background in data warehousing, data modeling, ETL processes, and writing advanced SQL queries.
- Skilled in building and managing data ingestion workflows to connect AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target) and third-party systems like CRMs.
- Expertise in implementing and managing tracking using Adobe Launch and Web/Mobile SDKs.
- Deep knowledge of RT-CDP concepts: schema design, identities, relationships, XDM configurations, and de-normalization.
- Understanding of identity graphs and schema design principles.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot source connectors, data flows, historical data, and CRM validations.
- Experience with AEP streaming sources and reusable data prep jobs.
- Strong understanding of data transformation rules and segmentation for real-time customer profiles.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools like AEM, Analytics, Target, Data Connector, AJO, and CJA.
AEP certification is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related applications for clients and internal teams.
- Drive innovation, enable change, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Apply industry best practices to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions aligned with organizational standards.
- Define and maintain data governance, quality, and compliance within the AEP ecosystem.
- Contribute to architecture and designchampion modularity, reuse, and clean coding principles.
- Analyze user stories, design solutions, and ensure code quality through unit testing and automation.
- Lead software development activities to meet timelines and quality targets.
- Monitor system performance and resolve complex technical issues related to APIs, data ingestion, and platform functionality.
- Investigate and resolve issues identified by QA or product support teams.
- Provide training and guidance on AEP features, best practices, and new capabilities.
Total Relevant Experience: 12 to 18 years
Desired Skills:
- 4-7 years Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP Knowledge
- Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Java, J2EE, REST,SQL ,XML,API
