JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AEM QA Lead to oversee quality assurance for Adobe Experience Manager-based web platforms. This role requires deep expertise in AEM testing, including templates, components, and Content-as-a-Service (CaaS) validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, regression testing, and QA strategy for enterprise websites. Experience in the insurance domain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

AEM QA Strategy & Execution:

Lead QA efforts for AEM implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery of templates, components, workflows, and content services.

Define and execute test strategies for AEM Sites and CaaS-based integrations.

Validate AEM configurations, authoring workflows, and publishing processes.

Automation & Regression Testing:

Design and develop automation test scripts for functional, UI, and integration testing of AEM websites.

Build and maintain a regression test bed to support continuous testing and deployment cycles.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent test coverage.

Collaboration & Analysis:

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

Perform root cause analysis of defects and provide actionable feedback to development teams.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Quality Governance:

Establish QA best practices and standards for AEM projects.

Monitor test execution, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team capability building.

Required Qualifications:

810 years of overall QA experience, with at least 45 years focused on AEM testing.

Strong hands-on experience testing AEM templates, components, and CaaS-based content delivery.

Proven experience in building automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

Experience in designing and maintaining regression test suites for large-scale websites.

Exposure to Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target validation.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes in Agile environments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the insurance domain (life, health, or P&C).

Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
