We are looking for an experienced AEM Frontend Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and NextJS to build modern, high-performance digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role involves developing, customizing, and optimizing front-end components within AEM while reminder focused on scalability, performance, accessibility, and seamless backend integration. This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in enterprise-level AEM implementations who thrive in fast-paced delivery environments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize front-end components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Build modern, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS and NextJS, integrated with AEM

Develop reusable UI components, templates, and client libraries in AEM

Collaborate with designers, backend teams, and AEM architects to deliver features

Integrate front-end components with AEM content, APIs, and backend services

Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO

Troubleshoot and resolve UI, browser compatibility, and performance issues

Participate in code reviews and follow frontend and AEM best practices

Support deployments, releases, and ongoing application enhancements

Skills & Requirements

56 years of professional experience in frontend development

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Proven experience building applications using ReactJS and NextJS

Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and CMS platforms

Good understanding of web performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility standards

Experience working in Agile / Sprint-based development environments

Ability to work onsite in Bangalore

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with AEM SPA Editor

Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, or modern build tools

Familiarity with Adobe Core Components
