AEM Forms Developer

We are looking for an experienced AEM Forms Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital forms and document solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM Forms solutions including Adaptive Forms, PDF Forms, form fragments, themes, and templates.
• Configure and implement workflows using AEM Forms Workflow / Process for approvals and routing.
• Implement Document Services such as PDF generation, prefill, validation, rendering, output, and document composition.
• Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Form Data Models (FDM).
• Build reusable components following best practices for performance, accessibility, and security.
• Support deployment activities and troubleshoot issues across environments in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support (RTB), including incident and problem analysis.
• Collaborate with UX, Business, and QA teams to refine requirements and ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 510 years of overall IT experience with 38+ years of hands-on AEM Forms development experience (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Strong expertise in:
• Adaptive Forms (form fragments, rules, validations)
• Form Data Model (FDM) & data integrations
• Document Services / PDF generation & output handling
• Solid knowledge of:
• Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, Maven
• AEM component development & debugging
• Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of secure, scalable, and compliant form implementations
