Job Title: AEM Developer (AEM 5.6 + React)

Location: Pune (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with hands-on experience in AEM 5.6 and modern front-end technologies such as React.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable digital experiences while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, product, and backend developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 5.6.
• Build reusable components, templates, and workflows within AEM.
• Integrate React.js front-end applications with AEM backend services.
• Customize AEM components using Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support content authors and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AEM 5.6 development.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Solid experience with React.js and component-based architecture.
• Experience with Sling Models, OSGi services, and Apache Felix.
• Knowledge of CRX repository, workflows, and dispatcher configuration.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
