What Were Looking For:

• Comprehensive understanding of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Experience in handling matters before the NCLT, including drafting and appearances
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities
• High attention to detail and sound judgment
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
