Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Advocate, based in Pune. The Advocate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on legal matters, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with all related laws related to industry including RERA. The individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues related to land development and construction projects. The role also includes researching case laws and assisting in resolving legal disputes effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Legal Documentation and Property Documentation
• Experience in Researching Case Laws and Regulatory Compliance
• Experience in lease & development agreements, title search & title opinion
• Skills in Negotiation, Dispute Resolution, and Providing Legal Counsel
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Land Development Legislation
• Ability to interpret and enforce legal requirements relevant to the construction and development industry
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Masters degree (LLM) is a plus
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is advantageous

Experience - 3-5 Year.

Salary- Around 16 Lakhs per annum
