About Position:


The Analyst/Advisor Relations Manager should have 12+ years of proven experience in end-to-end execution and management of Analyst & Advisor Relations RFIs in IT Services Industry, with specific experience managing the full lifecycle of the RFI process. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pre-Sales, Sales, Analyst and/or Advisor Relations roles. The Analyst/Advisor Relations Manager is responsible for managing the completion of Analyst (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) and Advisor (ISG, Avasant, etc.) RFIs to ensure accurate data and submission by key deadlines, working with core stakeholders across Persistent. We are seeking a highly organized individual with hands-on experience in RFI execution by coordinating with internal stakeholders and strong project management skills to work cross-functionally for the completion of RFI responses and maintain a library of past responses. In addition, this person could also be required to work with Business Unit leaders and Category Marketing leads to co-ordinate the creation for selected strategic analyst briefings, ensuring accurate representation of Persistent using up-to-date collateral. Knowledge or previous work experience with the various Analyst and Advisor firms in India is not required but is a plus for this role.

What You'll Do:


  • Take complete ownership, interact and coordinate with organization stakeholders including corporate functions, marketing, business planning, finance, resource management, HR, legal among others
  • Meticulously craft RFI responses to showcase Persistents capabilities across various industries and services, and get them validated by business Unit leaders
  • The right candidate will also bring strong project management skills coordinating with stakeholders across business units and functions
  • Submitting Company Profiles (Service Provider) and doing fact checks, assemble briefing materials by working with Business Unit leads and Category Marketing leads and participate in briefing calls
  • Track annual RFI response to ensure all answers are updated once every 12 months. Develop, curate, and continuously update a centralized library of approved RFI responses, reusable artefacts, capability summaries, and analyst feedback.
  • Drive quality control and consistency across all AR submissions by validating data points, ensuring alignment with BU messaging, and maintaining a unified narrative across industries and offerings.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in end-to-end execution and management of Analyst & Advisory RFIs in IT Services Industry
  • Attention to detail with the ability to interpret data patterns/numbers and crunch raw data (qualitative/ quantitative)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple RFIs simultaneously
  • Prior experience working with a Digital Engineering/Software Engineering firm, enabling a strong understanding of modern engineering-led service delivery, and product/platform-centric operating models is an added advantage
