Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Advisor Home Buying to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating the home-buying process by offering expert guidance, conducting property evaluations, and providing comprehensive market insights. You will build meaningful client relationships, understand their unique requirements, and ensure they make informed decisions when selecting a property. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to provide seamless services and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the local real estate market.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property evaluation, market insights, and risk analysis in the real estate sector
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with clients
• Proficiency in customer service and client engagement
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
• 1-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within real estate, architectural firms, fintech, insurance company, banking, hospitality or hospital management
• MBA and or B.Arch is an advantage; a Graduate degree from a recognized university is mandatory
