What does an outstanding E2E - QA Engineering professional do at Fiserv?

Financial service is looking for talented QA Engg professional to join our E2E testing team. The ability to consider each aspect of all the system that is part of overall design and take into testing consideration the impact of change is critical to the success in this role. In addition to these important skills, it is imperative that you can summarize testing progress relating to software changes and to prepare written and verbal updates to senior level management. This is a QA role and would be an individual contributor role, you are expected to Plan, Design, Execute Manual/Automation test cases and do the reporting of test progress/impediments. Also perform triage of defect and report any RISK to the project.

 
What you will do:

• Plan, Design and Execute Manual Test Scripts on Omnipay (Acquirer) platform / Base24 platform.
• Ability to work seamlessly on Defect Management and Test Management tools.
• Learn automation and contribute to the team in execution of pre-existing automated test scripts.
• Bring Optimization in the project testing activities and deliver within timelines.
• Ability to support multiple projects/clients.
• Take accountability for E2E testing of change that will go live in client’s environment.

What you will need to have:

• Overall, 15 - 18 years of experience in Automation Testing, with minimum 8 years on the Selenium Web Driver / Omnipay/any other acquirer solution or base24 application.
• Working experience with putty (shell scripting), winscp
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle, and using SQL PLUS
• Experience with shell scripting, Sed, and AWK
• Strong domain knowledge of Cards Acquiring Landscape - Added Advantage
• Test management tool experience such as qTest, Enterprise JIRA.
• Experience on Schemes simulators – MCPS, Amex GNS, VISA edit package
• Working knowledge of Clearing and settlement with schemes, Scheme Interchange
• Knowledge of ISO8583 standard.

What would be nice/great to have:

• Basic understanding of Java, Angular
• Experience on usage of AI tool such as ChatGpt
• Must have full life-cycle development experience.
• Preferred domain experience in Cards, banking, and financial services industry
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery – Jenkins/ADO deployments and pipelines
• Collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Confluence.
