We are building a high-engagement short-form storytelling ecosystem powered by ads, coins, and innovative monetisation formats. As we scale, AdTech and monetisation infrastructure will be a core growth lever.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior AdOps professional who deeply understands the Video AdTech ecosystem and has hands-on experience managing ad operations across multiple ad servers and monetisation stacks.
This role will drive end-to-end ad delivery, optimisation, yield management, and platform integrations across Bullets app ecosystem.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where speed, ownership, and experimentation matter.
Key Responsibilities1. Ad Operations Management- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimisation, and reporting
- Ensure accurate delivery across video, display, rewarded, and in-app ad formats
- Monitor campaign pacing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
- Hands-on experience with multiple ad servers such as:
- Google Ad Manager (GAM)
- DV360
- AdMob
- AppLovin
- Meta Audience Network
- Other SSPs / DSPs
- Manage programmatic integrations and mediation layers
- Handle VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB integrations
- Strong understanding of:
- Video ad formats (Pre-roll, Mid-roll, Rewarded, Bumper)
- Server-side vs client-side ad insertion
- SDK integrations
- Waterfalls vs header bidding
- Work closely with product and engineering to improve fill rate, CPM, and overall yield
- Analyse inventory performance and optimise eCPM
- Drive revenue growth through A/B testing of placements and formats
- Identify demand gaps and recommend new monetisation partners
- Build structured reporting dashboards for revenue, fill rate, viewability, CTR, and completion rate
- Reconcile revenue across SSPs, DSPs, and internal systems
- Work closely with finance for revenue tracking and audits
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Marketing teams
- Support brand campaigns and sponsorship integrations
- Ensure smooth execution of direct and programmatic campaigns
- 58 years of experience in Ad Operations / AdTech / Video Monetisation
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and video ad serving
- Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem (SSP, DSP, Exchange)
- Experience working on mobile app monetisation
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Excel / data dashboards
- Understanding of SDK integrations and troubleshooting
- Experience in OTT / Short Video / Digital Media platforms
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Knowledge of ad fraud prevention and brand safety tools
- Ownership mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- Clear communicator with stakeholder management experience
