About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Ad Sales professional to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling media agencies and direct brand relationships, driving revenue through digital ad solutions, and navigating the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and brand clients.
- Drive revenue growth by pitching digital advertising solutions (display, video, branded content, programmatic, social, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to win them.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure client retention and growth.
- Collaborate with publisher teams (campaign management, creative, product, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends and competitive landscape.
- Present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while meeting client goals.
