Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Ad Operations Executive (Mobile Campaigns)
- Manage end-to-end execution of mobile advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, ad networks, and OEM inventory
- Set up, traffic, monitor, and optimize mobile campaigns including app install, app engagement, lead generation, and performance-based campaigns
- Coordinate with sales, account management, and creative teams to ensure accurate campaign setup as per client requirements
- Implement and manage mobile tracking using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase, etc.) and ensure proper attribution and deep linking
- Monitor campaign performance daily (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, fraud signals) and proactively optimize for better results
- Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, attribution, and billing discrepancies across ad platforms and third-party tools
- Ensure creatives meet mobile platform specifications (formats, sizes, policies) and coordinate replacements when needed
- Manage pacing and budgets to ensure campaigns deliver within timelines and agreed KPIs
- Analyze post-campaign data and prepare performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, privacy regulations (GDPR, consent frameworks), and brand safety standards
- Work closely with vendors, publishers, and ad tech partners to resolve operational issues and improve delivery
- Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements for mobile performance improvement.
Key Requirements Ad Operations Executive (Mobile Campaigns)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in ad operations, performance marketing, or mobile advertising
- Hands-on experience managing mobile ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, ad networks, or DSPs
- Strong understanding of mobile advertising formats, KPIs, and buying models (CPI, CPA, CPC, CPM)
- Working knowledge of mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase, etc.) and attribution models
- Experience with campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting for mobile app or mobile web campaigns
- Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign results
- Familiarity with ad creatives, specs, policies, and compliance requirements for mobile platforms
- Basic understanding of fraud detection, brand safety, and traffic quality in mobile advertising
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with reporting and dashboards
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
