We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize high-performance digital campaigns across Google Ads and Social Media platforms . The role focuses on CPL (Cost Per Lead) and Pay-Per-Call campaigns within the Insurance and Finance verticals .
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing performance budgets, scaling profitable campaigns, and optimizing lead quality while maintaining compliance standards relevant to regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale CPL and Pay-Per-Call campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, others as applicable)
- Manage campaigns in Insurance and Finance verticals (Health, Auto, Life, Personal Loans, Debt, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and budget allocation
- Develop and test ad creatives, copies, extensions, and landing page strategies
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality, call duration, conversion rate, and ROI
- Monitor daily performance metrics and take data-driven optimization decisions
- Work closely with compliance, creative, and analytics teams to ensure policy adherence
- Implement and manage tracking (Google Tag, call tracking, CRM integrations)
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
- Stay updated with platform policies, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Social Media buying
- Proven experience with CPL and Pay-Per-Call campaigns
- Experience in Insurance and Finance verticals (regulated environments preferred)
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-first mindset
- Ability to manage and scale campaigns with defined CPA and ROI targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with call tracking platforms (Ringba, Invoca, CallRail, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead validation tools
- Knowledge of compliance guidelines for finance and insurance advertising
- Experience working with high daily budgets
