Job Description

Adstia is expanding our performance marketing team and were looking for an experienced Paid Ads Media Buyer who can manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple paid traffic channels. If youre data-driven, performance-focused, and love running high-budget campaigns, this role is for you.


Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube, Display), Facebook/Meta, TikTok Ads, Native (Taboola/Outbrain), Push & Pop traffic sources.

Manage and scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong performance KPIs.

Analyze campaign data (CTR, CVR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, Quality Score) and make fast optimization decisions.

Conduct competitor and funnel research to identify new angles and opportunities.

Work with the design, dev, and analytics teams to produce high-converting creatives and landing pages.

Stay compliant with platform policies and prevent ad disapprovals.

Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone) for real-time campaign management.


Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience running paid ads professionally.

Hands-on expertise with major ad platforms especially Google, Meta, TikTok, Native, and Push/Pop networks.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly.

Knowledge of tracking tools (GTM, GA4, Voluum, RedTrack, Ringba, etc.).

Ability to manage high daily budgets and scale winning campaigns.

Must be comfortable working on-site and during night shifts.

A performance-driven mindset and hunger to grow.
