Role Overview:

Manage digital advertising workflows including campaign setup, inventory checks, creative compliance, and reporting. Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure campaign quality and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


Inventory Management:

  • Conduct broad and audience-targeted inventory checks using GAM, SSP tools, and AVA.
  • Validate campaign booking requests and address availability issues.
  • Deliver regular inventory and forecast reports.


Campaign Booking & Delivery:

  • Process and document booking requests.
  • Push campaigns live in GAM and conduct Day 1 live checks.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues.


Creative Management:

  • Coordinate with clients/agencies to obtain creatives that meet specs.
  • Perform creative QA for file formats, trackers, and content compliance.
  • Manage creative trafficking and targeting in GAM.


Jira & Workflow Coordination:

  • Monitor Jira for task management and collaborate across teams.
  • Address queries and escalate issues via Jira and email.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate inventory, delivery, and finance reports regularly.
  • Manage billing reconciliation and quarterly financial reports.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Expertise in Google Ad Manager and SSP platforms.
  • Strong skills in Excel, AirTable, Funnel.io, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with creative specs, VAST tags, and third-party trackers.
  • Effective communicator with detailed orientation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and finance systems like Billy and PeopleSoft preferred.


Tools Knowledge (Not compulsory):


  • SSPs like Pubmatic, AVA tool
  • AirTable, Funnel.io, Looker
  • VAST Validator and video QA tools
  • Finance systems: Billy, Landmark, Lantern, PeopleSoft
