About the Role
Adsreverb is a dynamic digital marketing organization that specializes in driving effective and impactful campaigns for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advertiser Account Manager to join our team and manage client relationships and advertising campaigns across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their advertising needs.
- Manage and handle international advertising campaigns across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with regional goals and market dynamics.
- Understand client goals and objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored advertising strategies.
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and optimal performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, results, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and high client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and global market developments to provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management within the digital advertising industry.
- Hands-on experience managing international or multi-geo campaigns is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and third-party tracking tools such as SWAARM, Offerslook, Affise, Trackier , etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with global clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
